Yeti: an abominamusical
High up in the rooftops of the world there walks a secret. A big hairy secret with feet slightly larger than the average man's. And now that secret will sing. A riddle, a clandestine brotherhood, a missing father, an expedition, a wedding, a remarkably talented Yeti, and an awful lot of snow.
Yeti: an abominamusical, written with Toby Davies, was commissioned by the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama, and was performed by students on the MA in musical theatre course at the Edinburgh Festival 2006, directed by Andrew Panton. A full cast demo with Chris Huntley's lovely four piece orchestration has since been recorded, I am in the middle of mixing the tracks and clips should be up in the next week or so.
